Season your ricotta cheese when making lasagna to add a sweet touch that is divine.

To be mixed with 32 oz ricotta cheese:
1 egg
2 T Parmesan cheese
sprinkle parsley flakes
1/4 c sugar
sprinkle of cinnamon
