Sun-dried Tomato Dip

1/4 c sun-dried tomatoes in oil
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c mayonnaise
10 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 t kosher salt
3/4 t black pepper
2 scallions sliced (both green and white parts)

Puree all ingredients except for scallions in a food processor. Add scallions and pulse twice. Serve with veggies, crackers, or other dippers.
